North Lakeland Management is an independent cleaning and management agency based in Keswick, heart of the Lake District . We have been operating successfully since 1999.

During this time we have realised that a well appointed property will let with ease provided it is marketed correctly be this by the owner of the property or with a suitable letting agent for the type / quality of the property. Over the years we have developed strong links with various letting agents whilst remaining an independent management agency. We are therefore in the unique position of being able to suggest the perfect letting agent for your particular property.

Letting your property successfully

The paramount issue when letting your property is efficiency of the management and cleaning arrangements you have in place. Working directly for the property owner whether you market your property through a letting agent or let the property yourself our priority is to ensure that your property is cleaned and maintained to the highest of standards ensuring that your guests are comfortable and happy throughout their stay.

Regardless of the method of the letting of your property you must have available a reliable management service to deal with any problems which may arise as if any such problem is not dealt with immediately and efficiently your guests could be entitled to a refund as regards any lost facilities they may incur.

Method of payment

Unlike letting agents who provide cleaning and management services and let your property at the same time deducting their charges from your balance we invoice the property owner direct giving you the opportunity to inspect the invoice and settle it accordingly.

Maintenance

As we only deal with cleaning and management issues we are readily available to handle any problems which may arise on a 24 hour 7 days a week basis.

Our handyman is available to deal with any repairs required. We also have available an extensive list of qualified local tradesman to deal with more technical repairs as and when required. We will always keep you informed should the need arise to arrange any repairs to your property.

Cleaning Arrangements

As the cleaning standard of any holiday property is of the utmost importance we only appoint experienced cleaners. Unlike many other agencies we appoint a personal cleaner to your particular property therefore avoiding any confusion as to who is responsible for any aspect of the cleaning. The properties we manage are also deep cleaned on a regular basis.

The cleanliness of the properties we manage is inspected regularly to ensure that our high standards are being kept.

The travel directions sent to your guests can contain our contact details in order that we can be of immediate assistance should any problems arise regarding key collection or any problems they may incur during their stay.
