letting agent. Either way we can provide a full management and
cleaning service to
ensure that your property runs smoothly and is kept in first class condition.
If necessary we can assist you with the initial preparation of the property.
Letting
your property successfully
As we manage a large amount of properties let by various letting agents we are
in the unique position of being able to recommend an agent to let your particular
property to its full potential.
Directions
to your holiday property
The directions that are sent to your guests can include our emergency
telephone numbers in order that we can be of immediate assistance if
any problem should
arise during their stay.
Cleaning
Arrangements
The cleanliness of a holiday property is of the utmost importance.
We therefore only appoint experienced cleaners. The property will be
inspected regularly
to ensure that our high standards are being kept and that everything is in
order.
Maintenance
We have an experienced handy man on 24 hour call to deal with any minor
repairs. We will always contact you before instructing him. We also
have an extensive
list of local tradesmen available.

By Arrangement
|
- Unusually large properties will incur additional charges.
- Two & Three
bedroom properties with more than one bathroom will be charged
at the rate of £4 per extra bathroom.
- The management
fee is charged per calendar month.
Towels
In the event of your property providing towels a charge of £2
per set ( one hand & one bath towel) laundered will apply. We
also have towels for hire at £5 per set.
